MAKE SURE YOU ARE BUYING THE CORRECT ADAPTER FOR YOUR MAG TUBE! (SEE IMAGES) IF YOU HAVE A 10 ROUND MAGAZINE WITH DIMPLES YOU MUST BUY THE 12 ROUND ADAPTER!
If you have 10 round P365X or P365XL Magazines with the dimpled sides, they are the same tube length as standard 12 round magazines and use 12 round adapters.
Using a 12 round magazine adapter on a dimpled 10 round P365X or P365XL Magazine does NOT change the capacity. It will still only hold 10 rounds.
If you have the latest P365X or P365XL magazine which is a 10 round tube with a plastic magazine adapter/extender then these will NOT work on it. they are only for the original 12 round length tube.
These mag base pads ONLY work with the Mag Guts (TM)* spring and are designed to adapt your stock P365X or P365XL 12 round magazines magazines to fit into the X Macro grip module (they will work in any smaller grip module as well, but will not blend to the bottom of the frame). They will keep the same capacity as your magazine had with the Mag Guts (TM) spring installed before replacing the base pad with this adapter.
They will also work with the XMacro Tacops, Sig Sauer Magwell and many other aftermarket magwells. We guarantee them to work with OEM and our parts but can not guarantee with other after market companies parts.
The mag base pads now come in two length options. Low Profile for the minimalist amount of mag base below the grip module to reduce profile for CCW (Will be hidden inside a magwell) and Extended for extra weight and grip as it will extend below the magwell on most magwell equipped grip modules.
Please check the dimensions of the mag you have against the image here to verify what you have. If you have a "pinned" (looks like two dimples pushed in from either side of the magazine tube) 10 round then it is the same length as the 12 round mag tube.
These adapters are machined from aluminum and hollowed out to be lightweight and to allow the Mag Guts (TM) spring to fit down inside it at an angle so the adapter can still fit inside the grip module of the Sig Sauer XMacro pistol. It can be a little fiddly to install the spring to make it fit at an angle, we recommend using a small flat blade screw driver to help manipulate it into place. You should be able to see the retainer button through the hole in the bottom of the adapter. When loaded the spring often shifts down into place better than it does on the initial install thanks to the extra compression on the spring.
When empty the base pad will be able to move slightly due to the Mag Guts (TM) spring bottom but it will not come off and it will lock up solidly once the magazine is loaded.
These adapters will keep the same capacity as the original magazine. They simply replace the baseplate and use the Mag Guts (TM) internals.
The upgrades add functionality to earlier magazines using the Mag Guts (TM) springs and maintain "compliance" when used in grip modules that were designed for higher capacity magazines. Tactical reloads and normal range use (dropping on concrete/rocks may damage the mag base cosmetically and is not covered under warranty, but functionality is covered).
Made in the USA and anodized to be very robust these will put up with abuse and come with a Lifetime factory warranty against defects in design or manufacturing (does not cover cosmetic issues from use or dropping mags).
