Returns Policy - How do I return an item?
Inception Defense offers a 30-Day return and exchange policy on all items new, unused, and still in their original packaging.
Any used product that is returned to Inception Defense will be subject to a restocking/resale fee, no less than 40% and no greater than 80%, and is determined solely by Inception Designs.
Please contact email@example.com for your RMA number before shipping any item back.
All returns must have an RMA# clearly displayed on the outside of the package. All items that are returned to Inception Defense, without a valid RMA# will be refused and will be returned to the sender, at sender's expense. Incomplete returns or additional items not authorized for return will be subject to additional charges at Inception Defense' sole discretion. Inception Defense will not be held responsible for typographical errors.
DO NOT use the item's packaging as the shipping box! Any item returned with damaged or missing packaging will be considered "used" and will be subject to additional restocking fees. "Use" is defined as any attempt to install, fire, wear, or wash.
Any items that are returned to Inception Defense as undeliverable or refused will automatically be subject to an additional 20% restocking fee.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns or refused packages.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We're happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 USD! For US orders under $50 USD see alternative shipping options in the shipping section of the checkout process.
Your order will ship based on the selection made during the checkout process. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry!
We will deliver the items to you by the delivery date shown or within the date range provided at checkout. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email. Please check your spam folder for order and shipping emails if you don't see one when expected.
We endeavor to ship all orders in 24-48 hours of being placed as long as that falls on business days. If an order is placed before 12:00pm on a business day we endeavor to ship the same day.
If you need an order overnighted with delivery on a Saturday please email us. Most UPS overnight deliveries do not include Saturday.
During busy holiday seasons please bare with us if it takes a little longer as most shipping companies have trouble keeping to their usual times when things get busy.
