MAKE SURE YOU ARE BUYING THE CORRECT ADAPTER FOR YOUR MAG TUBE! (SEE IMAGES) IF YOU HAVE A 10 ROUND MAGAZINE WITH DIMPLES THIS WILL NOT FIT.
This item is for the original short 10 round P365 magazines in order to make them fit in the larger P365X or P365XL grip module.
If you have 10 round P365X or P365XL Magazines with the dimpled sides, they are the same tube length as standard 12 round magazines and use 12 round adapters. This adapter is not compatible with those.
If you have the latest P365X or P365XL magazine which is a 10 round tube with a plastic magazine adapter/extender then these will WILL work on it. They replace the OEM plastic adapter.
These mag base pads ONLY work with the original P365 10 round magazine size and are designed to adapt your stock 10 round magazine to fitthe P365X or P365XL grip module (they will work in any smaller grip module as well, but will not blend to the bottom of the frame). They will keep the same capacity as your magazine had originally (10 Rounds).
The mag base pads now come in two length options. Low Profile for the minimalist amount of mag base below the grip module to reduce profile for CCW (Will be hidden inside a magwell) and Pinky Extension for extra weight and grip as it will extend below the front of the grip (but still blend to the same height at the back of the grip).
Please check the dimensions of the mag you have against the image here to verify what you have. If you have a "pinned" (looks like two dimples pushed in from either side of the magazine tube) 10 round then it is the same length as the 12 round mag tube and is not compatible with this adapter.
These adapters are machined from aluminum and hollowed out to be lightweight and to allow the addition of optional tungsten weights or tungsten putty (as used in Pinewood derby cars).
These adapters will keep the same capacity as the original magazine. They simply replace the baseplate and use the original internals.
These upgrades add functionality to earlier magazines, maintain "compliance" in limited capacity states and improve grip when used in the P365X or P365XL grip modules that were designed for higher capacity magazines. Tactical reloads and normal range use (dropping on concrete/rocks may damage the mag base cosmetically and is not covered under warranty, but functionality is covered).
Made in the USA and anodized to be very robust these will put up with abuse and come with a Lifetime factory warranty against defects in design or manufacturing (does not cover cosmetic issues from use or dropping mags).
