Big news for California concealed carriers: with recent changes to California's handgun roster, the Sig Sauer P365, P365XL, and P365XMacro are now officially “on Roster.” That means the long-awaited, fan-favorite P365 line is finally available for legal CCW purchase in the Golden State — with just a few small compliance changes, like a magazine disconnect safety, loaded chamber indicator, and 10-round capacity magazines.

But for those of you who just picked up your new California-compliant P365, you might’ve already realized: customizing your pistol just got a whole lot more exciting — and that’s where we come in.

Our Adapters: Built for the 10-Round P365 Magazine

With the influx of new P365 owners in limited-capacity states, we started getting a ton of requests to create a version of our billet CNC-machined adapter specifically for 10-round magazines. The goal? Allow those smaller mags to work seamlessly with the larger P365X or P365XL grip modules just like we did with the larger P365XMacro grip module already.

Why Upgrade?

Let’s be real — a lot of OEM and aftermarket base pads just don’t cut it. Even SIG’s own plastic adapters are prone to cracking or breaking if dropped. Our base pads, on the other hand, are CNC-machined from billet aluminum, built to endure abuse, and come with a Lifetime Warranty covering any defects in design or manufacturing.

Know What You’re Working With

Before you hit “add to cart,” there are a few key things to know about compatibility.

✅ These adapters work only with the original 10-round P365 magazines — the shorter ones, not the 10-round mags with “dimples” on the sides.

⛔️ If your mag has dimples (indentations on both sides), it’s the same tube length as a 12-round mag — and these adapters will not fit.

✅ If you have a newer 10-round P365X or P365XL magazine that comes with a plastic OEM adapter/extender, you’re in luck. Our adapter replaces that plastic part for a more durable, high-quality fit — no capacity change, just a better build.

Function Over Flash — With Two Style Options

  • Low Profile: Minimal protrusion beneath the grip for the cleanest look and easiest concealment — perfect for CCW.

  • Pinky Extension: Adds a bit of extra grip and weight, especially helpful for range use or competition.
